The Los Angeles Lakers bravely survived the Orlando Magic. Orlando came very close to ending the winning streak but failed. The unbeaten away win streak goes on as Luka Doncic stares again.

The game was scheduled at the Kia Center, where the Lakers faced the Magic. The Lakers came to Orlando following three consecutive wins. Fans were expected to be in for a great face-off. The game turned out to be thrilling as the Lakers beat the home side by a difference of just one point.

Luka Doncic shone:

The Lakers weren’t as good as they were in previous games. The momentum was kind of off, but they bravely reached the mark they set in previous games. In this game, the Lakers were very poor, where LeBron James, Marcus Smart, and DeAndre Ayton combined to contribute 23 points. Austin Reaves and Luka Doncic were the two from the starting lineup to score valuable points. Luka Shone again, contributing 33 points and eight assists, while Reaves was crucial with 26 points and five assists. A cameo from Luke Kennard helped the Lakers survive, as he contributed 13 points.

Magic whistled out:

The Orlando Magic were not too good, with no player able to score 20 points. Paolo Banchero led with 16 points and six assists. Jalen Suggs added 14 points with six assists as well. Orlando was leading until the fourth quarter, with a five-point lead after winning the second and third quarters. However, in the last quarter, they scored just 17 points. What once looked like a certain win turned into a one-point defeat for the home side.

It was a thrilling face-off for NBA fans, where one of the best defensive games was played. The scorecard did not reflect high scoring, but the difference was just a single point. With this game, the Lakers are now four games unbeaten in away fixtures. The next fixture at the Little Caesars Arena will be a great show.
